Michael’s industry knowledge spans the full breadth of the construction industry, beginning as an apprentice carpenter and progressing through commercial construction roles to Managing Director. This end-to-end understanding of the building process allows Caughley & Co. to approach each project with clarity, foresight and a strong focus on buildability, efficiency and quality outcomes.
