Two commercial floors in Gold Tower, Brisbane, taken back to exposed ceilings and services and rebuilt as a complete workplace overlooking the river.

01The brief

Take two floors back to exposed ceilings and services, and rebuild them as a finished workplace across both levels.

02What we built

A curved reception with a lit ceiling feature, open plan workspace along the windows, a boardroom, offices and meeting rooms, and a shared breakout space with a stone kitchen, banquette seating, greenery and a golf simulator.

03How we did it

Curved walls were framed in steel and plastered to follow the design, then finished with feature paint and vinyl flooring cut to follow each curve.

04The result

Two complete floors with views across the Brisbane River and the Story Bridge.
