A redevelopment of guest rooms at Pelican Waters Golf Resort on the Sunshine Coast, taken from a full strip out of the existing ground floor through to finished rooms back in service.
01The starting point
The existing ground floor was stripped out, with machinery clearing the old walls and finishes.
02The build
Services and ceilings were run across the floor, then new walls were framed, sheeted and waterproofed ahead of tiling and joinery.
03What we built
Finished guest rooms with a freestanding bath, walk in shower, timber vanity and accessible fixtures, plus kitchens, joinery and tiled feature walls in the bathrooms.
04The result
Stage one rooms back in service.
