A refurbishment of the Newmarket Bowls Club in Ashgrove, now a community venue for hire, with a new layout, new flooring through the halls, a new kitchen and amenities, and new paths around the building.

The existing rooms were stripped back and made ready for the new layout.

02What we built

New stud walls set out through the building, new flooring across the main rooms and halls, and a finished hall, kitchen and amenities.

03The result

New paths around the building, complete and ready for the community.
