Scope: Floor rebuild and new finishes

A refurbishment of the Aspley Hotel on Gympie Road, rebuilding the floor through the bar area and finishing the bar, lounge and hallway with new flooring and carpet.

New floor framing laid across the bar area, floors levelled, and new flooring and carpet through the bar, lounge and hallway.

Each area finished to the same standard and ready for guests.
